How much Rock do I need?
The formula we use to calculate how much material you need is a cubic yard to ton conversion we like to say it is typically a 1 cubic yard to 1.25-ton ratio. Below is the exact chart used in the office to calculate for our clients how much material they will need for solid coverage. We recommend a depth of 3 inches for the most basic coverage of a pre-flattened area. We are also happy to do the conversion for you via phone (719) 580 7006 or (719) 589 9070 or in person in the office as long as you have details of the length and width of your perspective space

Founder, CEO, Designer & Architect
I started working in landscaping in 2004 while attending Adams State University. I received my business degree in 2008 where after I worked for a landscaping company in Denver as their project manager. The company’s owner, a landscape architect, gave me a wealth of knowledge and experience that helped me discover my own passion for design. My favorite aspect of this industry is the customers joy and satisfaction at the final reveal of our completed work. Along with my family and basketball, landscaping is one of my great passions that I am so happy to have worked hard to open my own company in 2017 and to have the great joy of loving to come to work every day!
